Khela BD Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

01 General Terms

Khela BD An online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. The platform operates under an international license and conducts all activities in compliance with applicable laws.

In this agreement, "we", "us", or "Khela BD" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any individual who accesses Khela BD through its website, mobile app, or any other channel.

• Users must meet the legal age requirement to access and use the platform.
• Khela BD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with Khela BD, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to do so will result in your application being denied, or your account being closed if it has already been created.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a real individual — not an artificial entity or a bot.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Online betting must not be legally prohibited in your area.

2.2 Verification Process

Khela BD may request identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

• The payment provider's own charges may apply.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission. All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment account used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on Khela BD are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in other currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Khela BD offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and validity period. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 100 bonus means you need to wager BDT 3,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are available to eligible users only.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in account termination.
• Khela BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the bonus expires.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted on Khela BD, it is considered final. However, bets may be voided under the following circumstances: a technical error, incorrect odds being published, or an event being cancelled. The stake for any voided bet will be returned to your account.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. In live betting, odds change in real time. Payouts will be calculated based on the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed.

5.3 Maximum Payout

Each betting category has a maximum payout limit. Visit the relevant sports betting page for specific limits. Khela BD reserves the right to verify unusually large bets.

5.4 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For suspended events, the decision of Khela BD is final.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and security of the Khela BD platform. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of cheating.
• Deliberately exploiting odds errors.
• Processing transactions through third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by Khela BD

Khela BD may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, or legal requirements. If your account is closed for legitimate reasons, any available balance will be refunded.

7.2 Closed by User

You may close your Khela BD account at any time by emailing our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account will be considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Maintenance fees may apply to dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
